which will pack on more size to your side delts, presses, or side raises ?
i've been hearing 2 different arguments on this question ;
1. presses build your side delts more eventhough the primary group working is your anterior delt the secondary stress on your side delt is still greater than side raises!
2. side raises will build your side delts more because it is the only movement to directly hit the side delt and put the direct amount of stress needed for it to grow!
