hey guys i am running fina and prop right now only a couple day into it.. i have no idea if its just a mental thing or what.. but i can already feel my self getting better pumps.. anyways i just wanna know how much cardio should i be getting into my work outs? i usally run ed for about 10 -15 min .. but i think i might start doing it 3 times a week .. and another thing should i be going slower with more resistance or faster with less?
