How many sets are good to do for trapz, i want get more muscle and growth in that area, im doing 4sets, but i see being usually do more? whacha think?

IMO heavy ass deads are the best way to build huge traps![]()

Include some deadlifts in your routine
Upright rows with a shoulder width
grip and a few sets of shrugs for
direct work and they should blow up...

question on chest routine,im somewhat lackin that area also what do u think of supersetting
BENCH than Incline than Bench than incline for 4sets
I have always concentrated on flat bench
then inclines with dumbbells for better stretch
and sometimes will include supersets for incline
and some type of fly, either with dumbells or machine
I wouldn't do supersets with flat bench because I think
as long as you have no shoulder problems you should
concentrate on overloading or lifting as heavy as possible
with flat bench presses and use inclines and flies more for
stretch and shaping... Works great for me, but everyone is
different...
