    Cycle And Abs Quest..

    WITH A SOMEWHAT PROPER DIET AND CARDIO 3-4X AWEEK DO YOUR ABS DEVELOPE FAST WHEN ON A CYCLE?? THIS MAYBE A VAGUE QUEST BUT.......

    Your body will burn off excess body fat with a proper diet and proper cardio routine. A cutting cycle will aid in this as well, faster maybe than if you went natural. Now how fast you lose really depends on alot of things. To name a few, gentics, age, training intenstites, ect. Is your diet working on it's own? I would work on my diet first and if the pounds begin to fall off a cutting cycle may be in order then. It just makes sense to try and get the best out of the cycle that you can get and if your diet is not working for you naturally, a cycle may not be the first avenue to turn toward first. Work on your diet, this may take some experimenting on your part to squezze out all of the kinks. Once that has been ironed out then start working on a cutting cycle so you can maximize the results and justify what you are going to be putting your body through. Cool?

    HEY CHIEF.THANX FOR THE RESPONSE.....STATS MID 30s, TRAINING 18+ YRS NATURAL TILL LAST YR, 6'2" I BELIEVE 245-250 LBS..ACCORDING TO A HOSPITAL SCALE. 3RD WEEK IN SUST/DECA CYCLE..CARDIO IS 3-4X WEEK 30MIN BIKE AND OR STEPPER..DIET PROLLY 3500-4000 CALS ADAY PROTEIN 220-250GRAMS...AND I KNOW ITS REAL HARD TO BULK SORTA SPEAK AND GET SOMEWHAT CUT AT THE SAME TIME..MY MAIN CONCERN NOW IS TO ADD ALITTLE SIZE/MASS. I KNOW TO SEE THE ABS THE DIET HAS GOTTA BE SOMEWHAT CLEAN..I AM EATING JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING THOUGH KEEP THE CALS UP......I WAS JUST CURIOUS AS TO SEE IF THE ABS (BEING A MUSCLE) DEVELOPE FASTER WHILE ON A CYCLE...
