I'm 24, 5'9, weigh about 160lbs and can max out at 240lbs, i've been back on for about 2 months, and in that time i've increased about 60lbs on bench, and am incrreasing every chest workout, is that good?

Another guy from BC right on...... I would say thats pretty good, how long have you been lifting for?? and if you are increasing weight every workout, you cant go wrong.

Oh, not even using Creatine right now, its all natural.
of course its good bro, if ure all natural, 160lbs, benchin 240 n increasin every workout ure only concern is if ure food is radioactive. Whats ure workout like if u dont mind me askin and r u hardcore w/ diet?
I think it's **** good for all natural and a guy your size.
1.5 times your bodyweight is excellent.
