I usualy work my tris with bis and forearms once a week on sat. The rest of the week my tris and bis usualy get a good pump, on back and chest day especially.

If you didn't manage to double train them this week, do it next week.

Doing tri's the day before chest might mess with your bench/DB press as too will doing bi's before back. Wednesday back, Friday arms, that's what I would go with.

Bouncer's right man. Chest exercises work your tricep muscles a lot as well as back exercises work your biceps a lot. You shouldnt have to worry about tris and bis, at least not right before a back or chest day.
