sirloin tip roast 11 pounds.
I marinated it in olive oil and crushed garlic, S and P and some balsamic vindin overnight.
preheated at 325 and cooked the fukker for 3 hours....
damn man...seriously with some creamed horseradish with sourcream and chives ....
I ate about 3 fukin pounds.....
