I think your looking for comfort food...something to make you feel better when your not!
I look to chocolate or Mac & Cheese
must admit small when'ever i feel or am ill all i want to do is eat crap!!so i normally do eat crap,but like pink has stated it is comfort food coz you do feel better after eatin it!Quote:

I believe it to be a mental thing.. Your not feeling well, effecting your workouts.. So you compromise to make yourself feel better with junk food!
Remember when you were little...and, mom would make you something of your favorite food because you were sick or feeling sad...which was always some type of high fat, high carb...or sugary food.
But, you felt better after....because it was comforting that someone made it for you who loved you. Most of the time...you want the same food to help your brain process that "good feel" you associated with that food!
