Does anyone know some of the max lifts of the top bodybulders? I know some are very strong and others are weak for their size... I would also be curious too some of Arnold and Franco's max lifts. I think Ronnie is actually one of the strongest - what does Gunter, Levrone or Flex through around for their maxes? Thanks braddahs! :D
I've heard somewhere that Chris Cormier is one of the strongest...?
I think Ronnie's doing like 800lbs deadlifts...
Ive seen pics of ronnie coleman benching and he has like 5 or 6 45pd plates on each side.
coleman is truly a freak. he deadlifts 800lbs twice on his last set.

Thats his back(thickness part) of his workout. he trains back twice the other workout involves width exercises
he front squats 585lbs on his last set
720 lbs for hack squats on his last set again for 8 reps
then he does lunges with 135 lbs on his shoulders across the gym parking lot in 30 some degrees weather
dorian would do 660 lbs hack squats for about 12 reps
just a few of the numbers i could find . probably the two strongest guy's in BB .
