I just spent the whole afternoon there and since there was almost nobody in the place I really took my time and pumped HARD, got my form as close to perfect as I could get it, maxed out all my weights and worked to exaustion... the works.

Was supposed to be chest/tri's day and I decided to make it into a bi/tri day instead (with a little chest and abs thrown in), working them out to the max.

As the immortal James Brown says so well... I FEEL GOOD! HA! :dood:

(I do have a feeling I'll feel like Rodney King after his encounter with LA's finest tomorrow... but it's a gooood pain :p )

Well, enough of this... just had to tell the world!

The Eq pumps are incredible when doing Holistic sets. I did Delts/Traps and I couldn't lift my head up straight for an hour... :D

TrenFreak ... Yep, though I am interrupting my cycle at the end of the week until mid january :( Unforseen obligations will prevent me from training for nearly 3 weeks in december, so being early in cycle I'd rather stop it now and do it right when I come back.
