i love this pic. gives me lots of hope. he actually looks like a normal kid on the far left. sheeet, sometimes i even feel like i look like that now...;)

I just finished watching "Pumping Iron" What a flick. Those guys are mad men in the gym. Arnie is king. These guys today couldn't compete with gods like that. Wow what motivation. I wanna go lift now. :)

BTW Haney would rock them all. I still love Arnold but Haney is a freak

LOL Ron, I know what you mean, just watched it the other night, and it was like 9pm and I wanted to go out and lift everything I could..
Lou was a mad man in the gym, I had to admire his determination to beat ARnold, of course he didn't. But still all in all, good flick I think, motivated the hell out of me.
