i'm 28 years old and train very hard about 5 days a week. i usually sleep anywhere from 7 to 8.5 hours a night. is this enough sleep for me?

Sleep when you can...But yes 7-8 is bang on ...I only sleep 5 a night and iam still growing....
i do what i can to get 7-8..if you keep that up..you will be sailing in no time

Sometimes I'm lucky to get 4! But I've been up chatting with a pretty cool guy so it's worth it. ;)
8-10 hrs is recommended to be fully rested.
I get 8 and I wish for 10, but that's not going to happen.:D
