That's right, 4/2 ~SC~ turns 32.............****......this is the one time I wish I WAS dyslexic. (23 for those of you who are like, "HUH"?? LOL!!)
I'm cheating ONE more day, then cleaning it up to resemble a clean bulk diet. May take it even a step further and change the on/off days significantly, but more on that later.............coming to a program near you, lol...........
Wake up @ 5:30 - Check mail and say hi to all you people..........
Cardio at 6:00 (For what reason, I dunno.......guilt perhaps)
Eat at 7:00 - 3 servings of grits (this is a BIG ASS BOWL), and a protein shake w/50 grams of protein, 2 whole eggs, and 6 whites.
Eat at 10:00 - Protein shake by itself, I've got junk comin'..............
Eat at 12:00 - Jack in the Box ---> Ultimate Cheeseburger, 99 cent bacon cheeseburger, 99 cent chicken sandwich, large curly fries, and a diet coke........yeah, I said diet coke...........what? I'll spend my calories on tasty stuff, not sugar
Eat at 3:00 - Tub of cottage cheese and about a pack of Keebler butter crackers.
Eat at 5:30 - Chinese food to include mongolian beef, chicken fried rice, 4 egg rolls, chicken chow mein, orange chicken, and cashew chicken.
Eat at 6:00 - (U know how you eat a ton of chinese and you are stuffed, only to be extremely hungry 1/2 hour later, lol.........)
Well, not 6:00, more like 8:00 - 2 ice cream sandwiches, some tortilla chips and bean dip/salsa, and a protein shake.
Eat at 10:00 - another tub of cottage cheese, 2 chewy blueberry bagels toasted w/butter and cream cheese.
Wake up hungry at 1 a.m. - peanut butter and jelly sandwich with ice cold milk..........yes people, I said milk, but it's my b-day cheat day!
May eat more, but this is what I have here at the house already, and "to order" when the time indicates. If I don't post in the evening, I'm in carb coma.........
