Just wondering if there is anything you can take(supplements) to help offset the soreness and joint tightness from Winny??? And no, too late to start Deca and didnt want to anyway. My freackin muscles are tight as a MOFO and I love it but I feel like I can barely move my upper body around my joints are so tight!! Cardio in the a.m. has been a BITCH!! I;ve been stretching. But is there anything I can supplement with??? And if so, how much/day??? Thanks Bro's!!!
i heard glucosamine/chondroitin/msm works but i heard it takes like 4 weeks to get into the system
I have been treating my joint soreness with 2000mg/day of gluecosimine.
Of course you could always add a low dose of Deca

bextra is a non steroidal anti inflammatory. It's an arthritis drug. I've been taking mobic (a similar drug) for my herniated disc, and i've found it's nearly eliminated pain in the knee i had surgery on last year.
