Hey whats up guys, i heard that people using 10g of b5 for the first week and then a maintenance dose 1-3g per day is unbelievalble for treating acne. Ever since my cycle i got acne on my shoulders and back. What do you guys think, too go good to be true??

what about a total b vitamine supplement while on a cycle, or do you just need b5?
I might be wrong but all of the total vitamin b supplements dont have anywhere near enough B5
take them all separately but ... b5,b6,b12 . yepppp all of them
i dunno but where can i find this b5 you guys speak of? i went to walgreens and asked for it and the lady looked at me like i had 4 eyes...
