I just picked up a couple more bottles of B-5. I was taking around 2000 grams a day, I'm 224 pounds at 5'9", my back is getting a little better, but should i up my B-5 dosage?? How many grams a day are you bigger boys takin? Thanks

Uh? 2000 grams? Thats like over 4lbs. Maybe a little overkill? Doses are usually around 5 to 10 grams a day.Quote:

So yeah, should you start taking it before your cycle starts? I am starting mine on Sunday!!! Want to make sure I have all my quackers in a row.
I started with 8g/day and now im down to 4g/day maintenance dose. Works alright, I cap it myself its much much cheaper that way and you dont have to mix it and have it taste like absolute $HIT
