no,not normal.re-filter it before using
I have seen a tiny bit of settling if the bottle sits for a long peroid of time but not powdery. I would refilter and recook
how do i do that. i bought it from someone who made it themselves.

Filtering gets rid of the particles . BA is what kills the germs and theres more than enough to kill all germs. No real need to heat it up.Quote:
