I only go as high as 160mcg with very good results
Bro 300mcg's is pretty d*mn high! I went up to 160mcg if I remember right. The only person that I know that MIGHT go that high is BDTR and he is a VERY big guy with a high tolerance. Not saying that your stuff is fake, but that is a ****load of clen to be taking and not really feeling any sides.
like I said I get the odd cramp. Does size have much to do with clen doseing?
I am 5'8 218lbs and around 13%bf
I've taken 120 mcg with good results.
Don't go past 240mcg, that would be enough for anyone. Post a pic on you clens or name the brand for further info. :D
