I get up to aroud 300mcg with no real sides.
I get the odd cramp. I dont think I should go any higher. how much do you all use?
am I just tolerant or is the stuff bunk?

Bro 300mcg's is pretty d*mn high! I went up to 160mcg if I remember right. The only person that I know that MIGHT go that high is BDTR and he is a VERY big guy with a high tolerance. Not saying that your stuff is fake, but that is a ****load of clen to be taking and not really feeling any sides.

You should noticing results will 160mcg max. I would question how legit your clen is.
