Just checked. Previous bloodwork showed my IGF-1 at 116 so I guess 212 means my GH is doing something. Just seems like 10iu would do more than that.

@ Booz. Running 10iu of legit GH would probably necessitate running some Metformin on the side if you ran 10iu daily for very long.
