curious as to your ideas on this one too....
question,
how often do you guys change up your routines? and how much do they differ between when you're on vs. when you're off?
i know there are alot of variable here, such as cutting vs. bulking, but im just looking for general info, and some variations.
i change my workout up about every 4 weeks........heavy to light, and set and rep schemes as well. when im on, whether its cutting or bulking(mostly bulking......:D ) its high reps and moderate weight, as i try to recruit as many muscle fibers as possible. your thoughts on this?
