    curious as to your ideas on this one too....

    question,
    how often do you guys change up your routines? and how much do they differ between when you're on vs. when you're off?
    i know there are alot of variable here, such as cutting vs. bulking, but im just looking for general info, and some variations.

    i change my workout up about every 4 weeks........heavy to light, and set and rep schemes as well. when im on, whether its cutting or bulking(mostly bulking...... ) its high reps and moderate weight, as i try to recruit as many muscle fibers as possible. your thoughts on this?

    i tend to do the same thing, go from extra heavy with low reps to medium weight with high reps. i get a better pump from the higher rep workouts as well. being an ectomorph i like to work both fast and slow twitch fibers

    i try to mix things up.. upper body lower body day off when on cycle... or tri/chest bi/back upper legs/ abs chafs/shoudlers
    or arms/back chest/abs legs/cardo dayoff weak spot

    i go from light mediu heavy every workout. i change around my exercises every 3-4 months.

    I change mine every 6 weeks ,I also go from machine to free weights every outher week !

    i havnt changed my workout up in years bro. the only thing that changes from time to time will be the weights i use.

    i switch my routine every 3months,cause i feel if i keep it the same my body gets used to it and adapts and no progress is done

    big kev-the only thing you change is weights? no exercises, or rep schemes? well, i hate to ask this, but could you send it to me..........hehe, cause its workin for you.

    dr evil- every 3-4 months?

    maybe im changin it up too often. i see results of course, but im always open to new ideas, and all of you bros have given me things to really consider. like i said, im changing every 4 weeks. should i give it more time before changing it up?
