I've never used synthol, and I never will. I like the bicep split on the top of the bicep, and judges look for that and take points off if you don't have it. (a sure sign of synthol use)Quote:

Swole's forearms do not lag his upper arms anywhere near the way Valentino's forearms lag. Greg Valentino's forearms look like little twigs under those freak-ceps of his. I think that is what makes them ugly... not the size but the fact that they don't belong there. They don't "fit" in the big picture.
