i just got my fourth shot on test enath(250mg)im feeling very strong on the gym ,friend of mine that use to juice up before told me to not use diaries products when im on a cycle, is it true that milk can slow down the gains from test?? thanks for ur help. :lift:

ya i wouldnt listen to ur freind either, milk is good for you, i use it in my protein shakes and usually have 2 glasses before bed.
Only suppliment ive heard milk even slightly hindering is ZMA. Milk has protein in it. Protein makes you bigger. Drink away!
