how can i FINALLY get this small layer of fat off my mid-section?
I'm a boxer and have a rediculous workout that would make any normal man shredded, my diet is very strict and i eat awesome. Theres only one problem, After 2 solid years of a strict workout/diet..i still have about a 1/2-inch layer of fat covering my 6-pack that i just CANT get rid of. I'm a poor college student so i cant really afford anything illegal, but i would be open to some kind of fat burner (not that i havent tried them all :( )
I'm blaming it on my genetics as of now, because i cant think of any reason why i'm not ripped. PLEASE I NEED ADVICE !!!
