best/safest 1st cycle suggestions?

For a 1st time what do u recks is the best cycle?

Many say just do 8-10 weeks:

1-10: Test E @ 500mg/wk ( need to split 250mg monday + 250mg Thursday?Or can just do 500mg every 5-7 days?)
1-10: Proviron 25mg ed
1-10: Nolva 10mg ed
Clomid pct starting 18 days after last jab

Maybe use Dbol weeks 1-4 to kickstart @ 30mg ed? Is this worth it?

What do u think? Basically safest 1st cycle...i.e.least side effects and good gains.

Also with pct cause u only start 18 days after last jab do u continue running the nolva @ 10mg ed? And do u need nolva + clomid pct or is nolva enough (regarding gyno)?

i would go like this bro

1-4 30mg dbol ed

1-12 500mg test E inject mon/tues

1-12 20mg nolva ed

1-12 proviron 25 ed

make it 12wk if you can this is a simple first cycle & about the dbol yes use it to kickstart the cycle because the test will kick in at wk4 or 5 & for the pct you need to run clomid & nolva clomid 300mg first day & then 100 for a month & the nolva 20mg along with the clomid & for the gyno 20mg nolva & 25mg proviron should block the estrogen dont worry about it just remember cycle without a good diet= waste of money eat well & train well

inject test e every 3.5 days (mon night/fri morn)...everything else looks good.

Can someone explain the whole "test will kick in at week 4 or 5" thing to me? I dont understand the kicking in?

Everything looks good, except i would run it 12wks and You want to use clomid in the PCT. up to you if you want to add the nolva. I personally would run 20mg ed of nolva throughout the cycle. But that is just me.
Usually you would do a split of the test.


And it will be 14 days after your last Test shot, not 18

just my 2 cents but wouldnt some deca be really good for a start(about 400mg per week)? wont you keep more gains from deca also than just with test e or is deca not available to you? also i agree with the dbol jump start.

Also anti estrogens on cycle....whats the best:

1.) 10mg nolva + 25mg proviron
2.) 20mg nolva
3.)50mg proviron?

also is it far better to split the dose 250mg mon and 250mg thursday or could u not just do 1 jab like every 5 days or once a week? It will be my 1st time injecting and dont mind it, but if can inject once a week rather than 2 id prefer!

As for Anti-E's on cycle, most use 10mg ED of Nolvadex if they do it at all, its up to you. A lot oe bro's just have it on hand in case of gyno symptoms

looks ok, but provirion...? run the test 2 weeks longer, u ll be more happy with the results.
