I gained too much weight on my cycle (about 23 lbs). Now my heart can't get oxygen through my body when I do extreme physical activity..basketball,racketball,any sport really. I did cardio 3x/week but I guess that wasn't enough. Also my bf % only when up 1.3%...so I gained mostly muscle and bone density.

keep with the cardio, maby do it 4 times a week instead of 3. it will improve eventually, u just need to get used to the new weight.

23 pounds will hurt ur endurance 4 sure. At least if u compare urselft to the lighter u. If u would be doing like marathon or sumin like that it would be bad but in ur sports if U think u r not too heavy i would just say do more cardio..
