I've done 500 sust in 2 shots a week and was ok with it. Most will tell you to go eod to get the best out of the short acting ester
yeah u can do 2 times a week, but like jaydub said to take advantage of the short ester (prop) shoot eod, by the sounds of it this is prob ur first cycle so i would do it twice a week, theres no need for over 500mg a week.
