on test e, eq, 500mg a week, 14 week cycle. when i first started i was at 12% bf. i will be ending week 5 today...i have gained 13 pounds, im lookin way more lean,no visible bloat, but my bf has went up to 13.5%...so whats the deal. i tought bf decreased while your on? i recently added muscle milk to my cytogainer, ive heard its real fatty...could this be a reason why my bf went up? or am i eating too much and not training good enough?? :scratch:
it could be your messering device. some of those things only calculate they dont messure
thats what i was goin to say. if it was a person doin the test then they could have messed up, but if it was one of the ones u step on like a scale, i wouldnt trust those at all.Quote:

Everyone gains some fat as well as muscle during a bulking cycle period.
shoot for at least a 2-1 ratio of muscle to fat gain and call it a successfull cycle
