steriods won't burn fat. they will help maintain muscle mass while dieting. look into an eca stack and do some cardio and clean up your diet. anyway if you want to do a stack you should do 400mg of deca a week for 8-10 weeks and winstrol 50mg a day for like six weeks. but please realize it will not remove any fat from your waist line.
