that shit will kill you. run your a55 off watch your diet, keep you caloric intake low and you will lose wieght.figure about 15X your body wieght = the amount of calories your body needs to maitain your current wieght so if you take in about a thousand too five hundred calories less every day you will see wieght loss about 2-4 pounds every week. do it the right way you only get one heart brother thats just my opinion

Cause they usually just put the low end dose as recommended. I know some people who take twice the recommended dose. But thanks for the input!!! I will start out at the website recommendations.

Ephedra is completely safe at recommended doses, I've been using it since '91 when I had to make my own ECA stack, before the companies combined them. Any questions send them my way. You should start with one Hydroxycut cap, which is 1/4 of a full serving (334mgs).
