Would have been nice to know more about your situation (are you currently on a cycle? What is the cycle and where are you at?)
Simply answer is to start at 60-80mg/day unti symptoms subside and then reduce to 20mg day. Increase dosages by 50% if using the liquid version.
if u would have read my post i said im on a cycle i dont think it really matters what cycle ur doing

Might be wise to order a bottle of letro from ARR.
Either start now for a long while until PCt, or wait until after PCT then do a cycle of letro and reduce/eliminate that small lump.
