Simply answer is to start at 60-80mg/day unti symptoms subside and then reduce to 20mg day. Increase dosages by 50% if using the liquid version.

It matters as to the best way to resolve the issue. For example, if you are taking hormones that are progestins (e.g. tren , deca ) then it also makes sense to jump on some vitamin B6.

Either start now for a long while until PCt, or wait until after PCT then do a cycle of letro and reduce/eliminate that small lump.
