ok why do so many people suggest taking winnie with mass cycles? isn't the point of mass cycles to accumulate water (along with red blood cells) for strength gains that are going to stress your muscles to a whole new level. this didnt make sense to my cousin or i, me researching a lot and him knowin dan duchaine for years and being his guinea pig right before his death. he never took winnie during a mass cycle and had great results. his only cycle of a-bomb packed on 38lbs.... 26 of which he kept afterwards. i just think you hinder results if you don't allow your body to retain water since strength comes from muscle contractions and the more water the stronger contraction you can accomplish. anyone hit me back with your thoughts on this
