PCT Question phedeno's

I sure hate to open another thread about PCT but I searched and could not find the answer. I'm doing phedeno's ( I realize I spelled it wrong) PCT but I read and re-read and could not find out when he recomends starting Clomid and Nolva. I think the normal for doing a Testosterone only cycle is 3 weeks after your last shot. Mine was a 20 week Test E 1000mg weekly with a 8 week cycle of Tren A 50mg daily on week 11 running to week 19. Anyone know the answer?

Fina: 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate: 14 days after last injection
