should i take it before or after cardio???
If its am cardio your talking about I prefer afterwards, clen ****s w/ my breathing a little bit, but not everybody.
I would find it more beneficial before then after. I always do mine pre work-out with no problems.
i do before morn cardio as soon as i wake with no breathing problems ..try and see what works
ok..i do cardio as soon as i wake up and im not working now so that depends..sometimes i sleep in till lik 12 or 1 and i know your not supposed to take it after 4 so should i purposly wake myself up early in the morning to take it or just take it all at once at like 1 or 2pm?
take my clen/t-3 in morn b4 work out, seems to give me more energy

2. yes, split the dosages throughout the day. Just don't take too late, or it may affect your sleep.
Like the it was suggested I was going to split my dosage when I get to that part of my cycle, but I work out in the evenings, so should I take 1/2 in the morning and then 1/2 around 3 or 4 in the afternoon? I don't get to the gym sometimes until like 7:00 PM? What do you suggest?
I wouldn't take it past 3p, but that's just me. Def wouldn't take it around 7p.
Just take it take it in even doses spaced throughout the day.
