Currently at 95 kilos with about 18% bf.

Go with a basic bulk of d-ball, deca, test combo, cant lose with this one, im new to the game but its doing wonders for myself at.........
40mg, d-ball per day for 4 weeks.
400mg deca per week, for 10 weeks.
500mg of test per week, for 11 weeks.
Then clomid 2 weeks after last shot,
id stick with test only cycle with you first time, id say 500mg of test E for 12-14 weeks, you will get the gains your looking for with something this simple, look at your diet and training program aswell.....Quote:

yup thnx got my diet and training in check allright. You dont think that Test E is a bit strong for a first timer?

My plan was Test E wks 1 - 15 and Dbol 30mg/ed for 4 weeks (the bloat killed me so I stopped it at 3) Though I wasn't using Nolva as I should have.
I'm currently in week 8 of the test and am lovin' every minute of it. HIGHLY recomended. eGGz and Johnny know of what they speak.
ok that clears stuff up a bit. One more question: Since test E is pretty strong and i take it now, will weakers steroids like Winstrol and Primabolan work satisfyingly well once i decide to take them later in my next cycle after this one ?

i have actually done 2 cycles a few years ago. Dianabol @ 40mg a day+and some winstrol. Had little food, gained about 8 kiloes. A very stupid thing to do alltogether. I'm now putting on strength naturally, dont really feel the need for anabolics. I have my diet in check now. I think i'm gonna just buy my Test E and all of the PCT needed and place it on top of my cupboard to wait.
I'm gonna get some D-bol to kickstart and take it at 10mgs per pound of bodyweight whenever my cycle starts.
Also gonna need Nolvadex, Gonadotrophine, and Proviron. Gonna do some search for the amounts needed.
