This all really depends on your body's baseline values. What you should have done is taken your temperature first thing in the morning for 7 or more days prior to starting the t-3, this would have allowed you to guage how high of a dose you need to take once you started through monitoring your basal temp. Since you probably didn't do this, you can do the next best thing and just start taking your morning temps. You want to be in a range of 97.8-98.8 i believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Anything higher than this and you risk eating a lot of muscle. Remember this is your temp first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up. Taking your temperature at other times in the day isn't very accurate since many things affect it.Quote:

If you are taking it to burn fat and cut you might lose a little muscle however the clen can help and if I were you I would take some aas w/ it also
