delt injection 1inch?

What length pin is ok 1 inch or 5/8ths

1" for me.

I use 1" no problem.

You shouldn't have any problem with a 1"

I agree, i have only used 5/8th. but 1" is fine.

depends on bf% and how big your delts are..big delts with low bf use a 5/8"
but most will use 1" id say use the 1" u can use them for your thighs as well as maybe your glutes that depends also on bodyfat.

Looking at your avatar, 1" would be the way to go.
