So I'm about 8% BF, weigh 180, and im almost 21. i am consuming a little over 2000 calories a day with a break down of percentages of
pro/carb/fat... (around) 50/30/15.
((how much clen and T3 should i use ED(everyday) or EW(everyweek) and for how long)) to get down to about 5% BF? I will be using the stuff off of AR-R...
Clen comes in a 30 mL bottle with 200 mcg/mL.
T3 also comes in a 30 mL bottle with 200 mcg/mL as well.
My diet is good and I will up my cals slightly when i start this because im pretty sure that's how it works. any info would be greatly appreciated.
