how to cycle my primo

i'm 6'5, 220, 25 yrs old, 16%bf, been lifting 2 yrs. natural.
i take creatine,glutamine, and eat a clean diet around 3500-4000 cal.
250-300g protein blah blah blah. all the good stuff. i just wanted to do a small safe cycle so i got 20 amps of primo and some hcg. i just wanted some help with laying out my cycle. i thought about this
200mg,300mg,300mg,400mg,300mg,300mg,200mg for a 7wk cycle?
any suggestions on changing this and also when should i take the hcg.
also i thought about adding some deca. if so any suggestions on the stack of the two. thanks.

I would say looks decent except I would recommend stretching it to 8 weeks, keeping the primo at 300mg/week (you'll need 4 more amps) and maybe adding EQ instead of deca @ 400-600mg/week.

You wont need HCG for primobolan. You can combine it either with Equipoise or Winstrol depot for quality gain. But I would stretch out to 10 weeks since primo itself known as a mild anabolic steroid. It is your call after all.

My advice would be to wait until you can afford more. But less than 300mg/week would not be worth it...especially if you are running it alone.

thats why i was thinking about addind deca. opinions?

What are you thinking (specifics...deca dosages)? What are your goals?

over a period of time i would like to add about 20 lbs of muscle and reduce my bf. i would like to be 6'5 240 and about 10%bf. i realize this will take some time and i am in no hurry. i know i could do other cycles and get there faster but i want to keep it safe and because of my job and family situation i can't just BLOW UP in a few weeks. i have to be discreet about it and make the gains slow.

I understand about the family situation and not wanting to be conspicuous. Primo/EQ will give you a great strength increase with a nice moderate gain in lean mass (10-15lbs) over an 8-10 week period. On a 6'5" frame 15lbs would not be conspicuous so you could easily get away with this type of cycle. Plus you wouldn't have to worry about progesterone or estrogen as neither EQ nor PRIMO aromitize. No bloat (water retention) no gyno.

why wouldn't you suggest deca?

Simply because deca has been known to convert progesterone and cause bloating and gyno. So you will hold water and will be more noticable than with EQ. But I have nothing against deca, I have used it and like it very much...especially if there is inflamation in joints and tendons (deca lubricates joints and allows a user to train pain free).

if i took deca with the primo i was thinking about only using 200mg a week. at that low of a dose i wouldn't think i would deal with much water retention and gyno problems. i would think i wouldn't have much sides at all.

Man if you are thinking of adding decca, primo is not much more price wise then decca.

don't waste your time doing under 300 mg/wk except for the last week to taper. i'd run it 300 for wks 1-6 and 200 for wk 7.

that sounds good. i would like to do 400mg/wk if i get a few more amps then taper to 300,200. if not i'll go with you cycle. i think this will be a good mild beginner cycle. plus i won't blow up enough for people to really notice which is good in my case. thanks
