Crossing over to the darkside... what do you think?

Hey Bros,

Yup its true. Im crossing over and I'm gonna start a cycle. Since is this is my first I just wanna keep it a tad on the lower side. I just wanna do an 8 week cycle. Heres What i'll be doing. Any suggestions would be great.

What Im trying to do is build some nice muscle while Im trying to lose some bf.

Week 1-8 500mg's of Sustanon250 every monday/thursday
Week 1-4 30mg's of D-bol everyday.
week 9 clomid


The Diet:

8 egg whites with salsa
cup of oatmeal


Mesotech meal replacement shake

1 ½ cans of tuna
150gm of greens iie: green beans, broccoli

half of a sweet potato
8-10 ounces of chicken
150 gms of veggies

Protein shake 50grams(post workout)

cup of 1 % cottage cheese


40-50 gms of protein mixed with water/ 5ml of flax

Alternative meals

100gms of whole wheat rice
8-10 ounces of lean cut steak
150gm of veggies

8 egg whites/ 1 yolk
2 pieces of 12 grain break
1 piece of fruit
1 small cup of yogurt


working out intense 4 days a week.
Cardio in the am for 30 minutes 5 days a week

additional supplements:
-Xenadrine
-Whey protein(duh :D)
-Milk thrisle
-Glutamine

Clomid has to be started 3 wks after last shot of sust. I'd also add some liquidex in there to keep the bloat off / avoid gyno.

alright thanks man... Yeah I knew that about the clomid.. ahh i see, i didn't mean to put week 9.. good eyes brother! haha

JMO for your first you should go with a single ester test like enan or cyp. I'm not a d-bol fan, if you do use it save it for a later cycle. For what your looking for d-bol wouldn't help you get there.

i think what johhny b is saying is that the d-bol will give you mostly wAter retention with some good str gains, i don't think they will be necassary either because the sust has a little prop in it to help kick start the cycle, if your looking for quality gains, drop the d-bol, and kick the sust up to ten weeks then followed by clomid about two weeks later.

make sure to eat plenty of good carbs with all that cardio

Hey FF, how 'bout throwin' in some EQ or winny? You can get some quality lean keepable gains off those two.

By the looks of your diet it sounds like you are trying to cut up. I am wondering why you don' t add some eq in there, Fina would be good as well but I don't recommend using it in your first cycle. Dbol I don't recommend in a cutting cycle, due to the bloating.

Maybe go for something like this:

weeks 1-10 sust @ 500mg/week
weeks 1-10 eq @ 400mg/week
Clomid to start 3 weeks after you last sust shot
Run some arimidex or liquidex throughout to help with possible gyno and bloating.

i agree with shredz and johnny b.

the single ester test jb is speaking of is more than likely cyp or enanthate. with a single ester test, its much easier to control blood levels, therefore keeping them more even throughout the cycle.

as for the dbol.......i dont think it should be run either, especially if youre trying to cut. anavar at the start(for the 1st 6 weeks) or winny at the end (for the last 5) would be better imho.

you might want to bump the eq to 400, but thats totally your call................dont forget the anti-e's in case you need them.

i would bump it for sure.........eq is such a mild anabolic that anything under 400 is really a borderline call.

i would go with liquidex as my anti-e of choice. but nolva will work also. they just use different pathways.

Yes definately bump it to 400mg/wk bro. As far as an anti-e, how 'bout liquidex or maybe some femara.

I also agree with what ironforlife and johny are saying about the sust. I am not a big fan of sust myself but thought that you may already have it on hand. Since you don't definetly choose either enanthate or cyp over it.

I would go with

Week 1-10 400-500mg of Enanthate
week 1-10 400mg of EQ
week 8-13 50mg of winny
clomid

Your probaly right, iforlife. I recenty completed a cycle where I took 1.25mg/ED. I maybe could have got away with EOD but I'd rather be safe. The stuff worked great for me. No signs what-so-ever. Not even an inkling. I suggested femara because it has been shown to increase your IGF-1 levels too which can be very anabolic. Anyways, just my .02.

That all depends on who you are dealing with. If you are under $1000(Canadian) with everything included you will be doing good. But if you hit a local guy you will be taking it up the ass. But you get what you pay for!
