I am 5'11", 240, beer belly, but everything else is good... I started doing cardio ( 4 mornings a week ) and weights (3 nights a week) , eating good, and going to be on a little cycle of:
wks 1-6 fina 75 mg/eod
wks 4-9 winny 50mg/eod
wks 1-8 test E 200mg/wk
clomid etc, etc, etc...
What can I expect for losing fat ? say after 3 months... will it look like I did something, a very noticable improvement?
Any help with a diet would be great too... simple things.
