Second Cycle Wanna Get Lean - Opinions?

Hey Fellas

I recently finished my first cycle of:

Weeks 1-8:500mg Test Cyp 300mg Deca

I gained 30lbs and have managed to hold on to 22lbs of it after PCT

Stats:
Age: 21
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 190lbs
BF%: 17%

Second Cycle:
Weeks 1-11: 400mg EQ
Weeks 1-8: 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 1-2/5-6/9-10: Clen
Weeks 3-4/7-8: ECA

Goals:

• 9% Bodyfat Target
• Minimum muscle loss

What do you think?

How long ago did you finish your last cycle? Also how long and what did you run for PCT. Great job on keeping on the weight.

With the prop you should go 14 weeks with 11 weeks of EQ

I used Nolva for my PCT, I had Clomid but I heard too many stories about the crappy sides, I literally finished 2 days ago and I ran it like this:

Day 1: 100mg
Days 2-11: 60mg
Day 12-21: 40mg

I don't plan on this cycle for 5-6 months, cos I wanna let my natural test levels recover especially as I used Deca.

I'm just looking for some ideas and input ATM.

Cycle look ok but I go with the changes JohnnyB made.

Deca is hard to recover from bro....... I would see if you're fully recoved with some blood work. I would have extended the PCT a few weeks also JMO

You havn't already started pct have you, you need to wait 3 weeks with deca and go 4 week on pct.

I'd go with the way johnnyB laid out the cycle but I'd change a few things.

1. I'd up the test prop to 150mg/eod or go with a long acting test (cyp,enanth) @ 500mg/wk. Otherwise you test dose will be 350mg/wk which is alittle low and less than what your last cycle was. The reason I'd change the test is b/c eod injects IMO isn't for "a second cycle" save yourself some pokes and go with a long ester.

2. Add some arimidex,(liquidex) .25 - .5/ed

Yes 3 weeks from last injection and I would run Clomid and Nolva for PCT for at least 4 weeks. JMO

Yes I waited 3 weeks after my last Deca shot and 2 weeks after my last Test Cyp shot before I started my PCT, that kinda goes without saying don't it?

Been tweaking things a bit and this is what I've come up with

Second Cycle:
Weeks 1-6 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 6-12: 100mg Winny EOD
Weeks 1-10: 400mg EQ

Clen & ECA cycled every 2 weeks

Anyways with a good diet and plenty of cardio can I maintain 178lbs and get to the 10% BF region?

You need test the whole time. So run it long.

IF your goals are really dropping that much fat, Id ditch the EQ. I would run prop and tren. Throw in the winstrol in the end if you want.

wks 1-8 75 tren + 75prop ED
3-5 50winny ED if you like

OR something more creative

1-6 500 enanthate
1-10 400 EQ
1-6 50mg winstrol ED
7-12 75 prop + 75 tren ED
