I recently finished my first cycle of:
Weeks 1-8:500mg Test Cyp 300mg Deca
I gained 30lbs and have managed to hold on to 22lbs of it after PCT
Stats:
Age: 21
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 190lbs
BF%: 17%
Second Cycle:
Weeks 1-11: 400mg EQ
Weeks 1-8: 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 1-2/5-6/9-10: Clen
Weeks 3-4/7-8: ECA
Goals:
- 9% Bodyfat Target
- Minimum muscle loss
