1st cycle help! thanks in advance=)
Ok, I want to start a cycle but I really have no idea what to do, and reading allt he millions of options make my head spin.
I'm 5'9 168 11-12% body fat.
I want to be around 175 6-8% body fat.
I basically want to bulk up more where I can get shredded and not look silly. I'm not interested in being HUGE, but i also dont want to be one of those silly looking shredded to the peak guys who look like toothpicks.
My diet is very good, I get in at least 100 grams of protein a day just in suppplements.
I take a product called DIM which is basically something that regulates your estrogen metabolism, ensuring your body cycles it out quickly.
I'm 22 and work out 5 days a week for the past year.
Also, I honestly want to do one cycle- and then never do it again. how realistic is this?
