Well i am goin into week 6 of 10 and my strength gains are awesome but i only see a small amount of changes in my body. Do i need more time to see them or will they show once i start clen and cardio?? I dont know what the deal is. I was hoping to look like a beast :unsure:
doing a cycle will not turn you into a beast....you probabaly not taking in enough clean cals....not getting enough sleepQuote:

Juice isnt a magic pill or shot. You still gotta bust your ass in the gym and eat like crazy in order to gain.
