How much lean mass is realistically possible to put on a year, with juice and without juice?
i don't know about in a year, but i've put on around 20 in three months. It depends on how old you are, what your potential is, what your diet, eat, sleep and training patterns are. I was doing it completely wrong before i came here, thinking roids were the answer.. after patching everything up, from sept to now i've gained 20 lbs.
You guys gained 20-30 pounds of LEAN mass in between 3-5 months!? Thats nuts, especilly if you say you did it naturally.
In future posts can someone please specify if they accomplished lean mass gains with roids or not. Thanks.
30 lbs in 5 months naturally is unbelievable
