I am jumpstarting my cycle with 4 weeks of Dbol at 30mg everyday.
I take the dbol like this.
10mg When I wake up.
10mg About 1hr before I work out, which is usually around 4pm
10mg Before I go to sleep.
Is this good for keeping blood levels constant, and also maximum gains?
I am starting week 3 of my cycle, and when should i really start to notice strenght increase & weight increase.
