A gains keeper formula for post cycle
Does anybody know of a good gains keeper formula after completing PCT?
I just began my 4th cycle... Fina/Prop/EQ for 12 weeks... my goal is to get hard and vascular, with more priority to lowering bf than gaining lbm.
The problem is that I am going to be completely finished (including PCT) around the middle of June. In my past experiences I've gone from looking hard and full to soft after coming off PCT, even if I retain the majority of my gains I still feel inadequate when compared to being 'on'. I think that goes without saying for everybody though.
Now my question is: is there anything I can take post cycle to maintain that hard look a little further? I'd hate to look soft at the peak of summer. I am going to be running Clomid/Nolva during PCT and probably staying on the Nolva year round after this cycle.
Any suggestions for looking good post PCT? Thanks.
