sup guys, I'm looking to gain 10-15lbs of quality muscle and maybe drop a little excess fat (w/cardio & diet, of course) and was wanting to know if this sounds good.
weeks 1-10 250mg/QVenan (test)
weeks 4-10 50mg/winny eod
my stats:
age: 19
height: 6'1"
weight: 197
bf: 14%
Prior to this Iv'e only done a 10wk cycle of 250mg QVenan/wk 4 months ago. I kept 5 lbs and got overall decent results. I was thinking of doubling up and going to 500mg/wk. Do ya'll think that would be better or a little excessive to a relatively new juicer but a long time worker-outer?
